About this Position
- Lead and manage new product introduction projects and BOM-related MOC activities to ensure projects are completed in accordance with relevant requirements.
What you´ll do
- Lead new product introduction projects, including feasibility studies, project kick-off, trial plan development, trial production, launch report preparation, and maintenance of BOM, recipe, and process parameters in system etc.
- Lead BOM-related MOC projects in Dragon, including feasibility studies, project kick-off, trial plan development, trial production completion, launch report preparation, maintenance of BOM, recipe, and process parameters in system etc.
- Review and update process and project-related documentation to ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
- Complete other tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor.
What makes you a good fit
- Master’s degree in Material Science, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- 1-5 years of experience in NPI, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively among IPM/PM, PD, Quality, Supply Chain, Production etc.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills, capable of driving issues to closure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
