About this Position
Join Henkel Consumer Brands and kick-start your career in E-Commerce! As part of our Boost Graduate Program, you will gain hands-on experience in digital commerce, key account management, and business development. You will contribute to strengthening our online presence, driving customer performance, and identifying growth opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic business environment.
What you´ll do
- Support the development and execution of E-Commerce and customer account strategies to drive business growth.
- Manage online product listings, content creation, and digital shelf optimization across E-Commerce platforms.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and financial KPIs to identify business opportunities and support decision-making.
- Coordinate customer operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, sales forecasting, and logistics.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing and cross-functional teams to develop digital assets and implement online campaigns.
- Support customer relationship management, business development initiatives, and the implementation of SEO strategies.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, graduation year of 2026.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with an interest in sales and e-commerce.
- Understanding of digital business models, online marketplaces, and commercial trends.
- Interest in customer management, pricing, and business development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
