About this Position
What you´ll do
- Manage customer interactions as a key point of contact and deliver a high-quality customer experience
- Handle Order-to-Cash and customer service activities, including orders, enquiries and customer cases
- Build strong customer relationships, collect feedback and support customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer and case data in CRM systems and ensure timely follow-up
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, CSX and other internal partners to meet customer needs
- Contribute to continuous improvement, process efficiency and customer experience initiatives
- Manage priorities and own workload to ensure quality and timely execution

- Ability to analyze situations, prioritize tasks and recommend solutions
- Experience in Customer Service, Sales or Supply Chain is an advantage

- Fluent Slovak or Czech and good command of English

Salary: €1,800 – €1,950 gross per month. The advertised amount represents a starting salary range. The final salary will be determined based on the above criteria and confirmed after the interview process.
