Gestión comercial:
- Visitar y asesorar a los salones de belleza asignados.
- Ejecutar el plan comercial y alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y distribución.
- Garantizar la correcta implementación de promociones, lanzamientos y acciones de marketing.
- Negociar las condiciones comerciales dentro de las directrices establecidas.
Desarrollo de clientes:
- Construir relaciones sólidas y duraderas con los clientes.
- Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y nuevos puntos de venta.
- Capacitar y motivar a los profesionales del salón sobre los productos y servicios de la marca.
- Realizar el seguimiento posventa y la resolución de incidencias.
- Gestión de marca
- Representar los valores y la imagen de la marca de forma profesional.
- Colaborar con el equipo de capacitación para garantizar la correcta formación técnica del cliente.
- Garantizar la visibilidad de la marca en el punto de venta (merchandising, displays, materiales).
Análisis e informes
- Analizar los resultados de ventas, los indicadores de rendimiento y las condiciones de ventas

- Entre 1 y 2 años de experiencia como comercial
- Nociones del sector profesional (belleza, cuidado de cabello).
