您的主要工作内容
- 为亚洲消费者（尤其是中国零售市场）开发新的染发配方/技术，确保其稳定性和卓越性能，满足目标消费者需求。
- 执行并管理项目，确保新品开发（NPD）按时交付且无配方问题；制定合理的技术时间线，协调与配方相关的讨论（如技术风险评估与对齐），推动配方成本优化；为市场、销售及供应链提供技术支持；解决与配方相关的质量问题。
- 支持法规团队，确保产品符合相关法规要求，并推进产品备案/注册工作。
- 与内外部合作伙伴协作，确保汉高的新知识产权（IP）得到保护；就专利、商标及专有协议提供指导与建议。
- 提供技术支持：
- 支持市场活动，包括技术宣称、演示及其他技术内容的开发；
- 为供应链、销售以及出口国家/市场提供技术培训。
职位要求
- 硕士学历为必需，博士优先。
- 专业要求：化学 / 化学工程 / 材料科学 / 生物学。
- 英语六级（CET-6）。
- 具备2–3年以上快消品行业配方开发经验；有染发产品相关经验优先（护发或彩妆等相关领域亦可）。
- 对配方设计与产品开发充满热情，具备开放创新意识。
- 具备良好的中英文沟通能力。
- 具备创业精神与团队协作能力。
- 具备敏捷性、影响力及判断力。
- 乐于知识分享。
- 具备项目管理能力。
- 能在压力下高效工作并具备良好的时间管理能力。
- 具备知识产权（IP）相关知识。
- 熟练使用办公软件，尤其是Excel和PPT；熟悉Python或Power BI等数字化工具者优先。

The job offer is written in English – should I write my application in English as well?
Yes, please. As Henkel is an international company you will be working with colleagues from all over the world and English is our official company language. Generally, the ‘rule’ is: please write the application in the same language as the job ad.
Do I get feedback during the application process about the state of my application?
Each position that we have open with Henkel is unique, and finding the right candidate is important for both the hired candidate as well as for Henkel.
