About this Position

The SHEQ Manager leads the SHEQ team to ensure optimal factory performance by upholding the highest safety, quality, environmental, and security standards, while driving compliance with legal and corporate requirements, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.  

What you´ll do

  • 1. Safety Management: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, develop and implement protocols, conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and coordinate with authorities and contractors.
  •  Health and Well-being: Coordinate with health professionals, ensure compliance with health regulations, and manage health protocols, including regular health checks and hazard reduction.
  • Environmental & Energy Management: Implement Henkel Standards, ISO 14001 & ISO 50001 standards, lead energy & sustainability projects, and conduct energy reviews to ensure compliance and manage energy consumption & ensure waste management.
  • 4. Security & Legal Topics Management: Implement security standards, coordinate with authorities, manage security plans, and ensure legal compliance in all plant-related matters
  • Quality Control: Oversee quality control processes at all production stages, manage non-compliance, ensure raw material and packaging quality, and lead laboratory operations.
  • Ensure projects exection according to Legal & henkel standards

  • The Head of SHEQ requires strong technical expertise in safety, quality, environmental and legal compliance, including risk assessment, ISO standards, and incident management. The role demands solid manufacturing and HPS/TPM knowledge to integrate SHEQ into operations and projects. Strong leadership and communication skills are critical to coach teams, drive a safety culture, and influence stakeholders. Additionally, the role needs analytical thinking and continuous improvement capability to solve root causes and improve performance. Finally, strategic and business acumen are essential to manage budgets, ensure compliance, and contribute to overall plant performance.
  • Bachelor Degree / Master Degree in mechanical, electrical,manufacturing,production eng. preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of experience
