You will shape and evolve a global training approach that translates complex cybersecurity topics into practical, engaging, and actionable learning experiences—helping the business stay resilient in an ever-changing threat landscape.
You will be part of a Global Advisory Team, collaborating closely with cybersecurity experts and stakeholders across different domains. This role offers the opportunity to drive impact at scale—building programs that reach diverse audiences, influencing secure behaviors, and continuously improving how cybersecurity awareness is delivered across the organization.

What you´ll do

  • Analyze emerging cyber threats, regulatory requirements, and technology trends, and translate them into practical, hands-on training content for diverse audiences
  • Plan and deliver global training initiatives, with a strong focus on technical audiences such as Application Managers
  • Build and scale a train-the-trainer framework to enable consistent and effective delivery of cybersecurity training worldwide
  • Collaborate closely with security subject matter experts across domains (e.g., cloud, OT, identity, incident response) to ensure relevant and up-to-date content
  • Measure program success using defined KPIs (e.g., phishing simulations, participation rates, awareness metrics) and drive continuous improvement
  • Continuously optimize training strategies and materials to keep pace with the evolving cybersecurity threat landscape

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • At least four (4) years of experience in cybersecurity or a related IT environment, with a minimum of two (2) years dedicated to designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a global setting
  • Strong understanding of IT systems and security architectures
  • Driven to navigate complex topics, with a demonstrated ability to translate technical detail into clear, compelling insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CISM) are an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English at a business-fluent level
  • Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 pm to 10:00 pm) PH time on a hybrid work set-up
