About this Position
- Plan and manage category business plans for the assigned region in accordance with company requirements.
- Ensure effective execution of promotional activities and investment efficiency, while optimizing distributor and channel P&L management.
What you´ll do
- Develop long-term and short-term category business plans for the assigned channels and regions in line with company requirements.
- Design promotional programs based on business plans for the assigned channels or regions, and track execution to ensure promotional effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
- Develop channel-specific business plans based on the category development guidelines established by MSP.
- Identify business growth opportunities for distributors within the channel and support optimization of their profit and loss (P&L) performance.
What makes you a good fit
- College degree or above.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
