About the role

At Henkel, you can build on a strong legacy and shape the future through your ideas. As Laundry Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the medium-term growth agenda for the Laundry category across Latin America.

This role owns the regional innovation and portfolio roadmap, defining growth strategies for the next one to three years and identifying, prioritizing, and unlocking new opportunities to accelerate category growth. You will lead strategic innovation initiatives end-to-end, from opportunity identification and consumer understanding through concept development, business case creation, commercialization, and market implementation.

As a key regional marketing leader, you will influence strategic decisions across multiple markets, balancing business priorities, risks, resources, and execution requirements to deliver sustainable and profitable growth. Operating in a highly matrixed environment, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions and countries, ensuring alignment behind the regional growth agenda and innovation priorities.


What you'll do

  • Define and lead the regional innovation and portfolio strategy for the Laundry category across Latin America.
  • Develop and manage the category growth roadmap for the next 1 to 3 years, identifying and prioritizing high-potential growth opportunities.
  • Lead regional innovation projects from ideation through commercialization and launch, ensuring successful implementation across markets.
  • Translate consumer, market, and competitive insights into actionable growth strategies and innovation platforms.
  • Own the development of innovation business cases and ensure delivery of committed revenue, profitability, and value creation targets.
  • Drive consumer research initiatives and leverage insights to strengthen category, brand, and portfolio strategies.
  • Lead the development of regional innovation concepts, communication platforms, product claims, and creative frameworks.
  • Establish governance and guidelines to ensure strategic consistency across markets while enabling relevant local adaptations.
  • Manage regional innovation and consumer research budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and return on investment.
  • Partner with local and regional teams to deliver business objectives and accelerate category growth across the region.
  • Influence key stakeholders, including General Managers, Category Leaders, and functional leadership teams, to drive alignment and commitment behind strategic initiatives.
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and resource requirements across a complex portfolio of regional projects.

What Makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
  • Significant experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Category Management, Portfolio Management, or Innovation within FMCG or Consumer Goods.
  • Proven track record developing and leading innovation pipelines and successful product launches across multiple markets.
  • Strong experience translating consumer insights into growth strategies and commercial results.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex regional projects and influence decision-making in matrix organizations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to balance long-term vision and execution excellence.
  • Experience managing budgets, business cases, and initiatives with direct business and P&L impact.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities and ability to lead multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Consumer Insights, Design, and external partners.
  • Fluent English required. Spanish and/or Portuguese are a strong plus.
