About this Position

We offer you a Portfolio Management internship for 6 months in an international company, operating in various market areas. You will be part of our Adhesive Technology department which is the world’s number one producer of adhesives, sealants, and functional coatings. With trusted brands and high-impact solutions based on an unmatched technology portfolio, we are creating value for all our stakeholders. You will be part of our Western European local Product Management team where you will support / run the topics below and assist the German / Swiss Portfolio Manager in their daily business. You will be located at our German Henkel site in Heidelberg, Henkel-Teroson-Straße 57, 69123 Heidelberg 

What you´ll do

  • Lead projects to find synergies between the Western Europe PM teams and develop tools accordingly
  • Analyze and process product and market data and convert it into meaningful insights and convincing arguments
  • Review and update product master data (SAP)
  • Manage product-related requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Steer and enhance portfolio strategy
  • Report portfolio performance and attribution to stakeholders
  • Contribute to product activation and communication in line with a marketing plan.

What makes you a good fit

  • Currently Bachelor’s (min. 3 finished semesters), Master’s (or equivalent) student in Business administration, economics or similar
  • Proactive, structured, keen on details and take ownership of your tasks
  • Strong team player and can work effectively as a part of a multi-functional team both on-site and online
  • Advanced Excel skills and high interest in turning data to insights
  • Fluent in English and German

In best case you are available as of Mid-October 2025
