About this Position

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will support the development and optimization of Henkel Adhesive Technologies (HAT) product experience across our B2B and B2C customer-facing channels, driving product visibility, findability, and conversion. You will contribute to the deployment and optimization of key MarTech initiatives, with a strong focus on Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and emerging AI-powered technologies. This role is designed to help modernize and streamline marketing operations by enhancing digital product content and asset management, improving platform functionality, and enabling greater efficiency across multiple Strategic Business Units (SBUs) worldwide. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in digital transformation, platform integration, and marketing technologies within an international business setting. 

What you´ll do

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of online product catalogs to improve visibility, findability and conversion
  • Develop clear, actionable playbooks and process documentation to enable SBUs to deliver high-quality product content at scale
  • Collaborate with business process owners to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and ensure strong data governance
  • Support platform-related initiatives with a focus on PIM, DAM and AI-driven tools
  • Assist in onboarding SBUs to new platforms, guiding teams through transitions and supporting successful adoption
  • Work closely with the Digital Transformation team to align platform initiatives with Henkel’s broader Customer Experience strategy
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management and IT, to ensure smooth platform integration and global alignment
  • Track, analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure platform success and identify opportunities for improvement

What makes you a good fit

  • Ongoing or completed Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, digital media or a related field
  • First experience (through internships, projects, or student roles) in marketing, communications or digital project management
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills 
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and marketing technologies
  • Basic understanding of digital platforms (e.g., CMS, PIM, DAM) and enthusiasm to learn new technologies
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and provide actionable insights
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in an international environment
  • Experience in agile ways of working preferred

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
