About this Position

  • Responsible for Dragon site's general office management, administrative cost control within budget, public affairs management and soft service management to support site operations and business development. 

What you´ll do

  • General Office & Facility Management 
    - Oversee site general office services and facility operations, including CSPS, housekeeping, security, canteen, shuttle bus, office consumables, reception, company filing, express services, and access management.
    - Coordinate shared services such as visitor management and related administrative activities.
  • Administrative Cost & Contractor Management
    - Monitor and control site administrative costs to ensure adherence to budget.
    - Collaborate with the Procurement team on admin contractor contract renewal, review, and termination, including service level and cost oversight.
  • Public Affairs & Stakeholder Coordination 
    - Support the Site Manager in managing public affairs for the Dragon site.
    - Coordinate administrative functions with internal departments and external organizations.
    - Maintain and nurture government public relationships.
  • Compliance, Safety & Sustainability 
    - Ensure full compliance with legal requirements and Henkel’s SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) Standards.
    - Conduct regular safety audits, address unsafe behaviors, and ensure risk assessments are performed with appropriate mitigation actions.
    - Manage admin-related safety performance of contractors (e.g., canteen, access control, security).
    - Implement sustainability initiatives at the Dragon site to contribute to Henkel’s strategic goals.
  • Corporate Culture Promotion
    - Uphold and promote Henkel’s corporate culture standards at the Dragon site.
  • Team Management & Work Coordination
    - Lead, supervise, and develop the team; assign work areas clearly and conduct regular performance evaluations.
    - Optimize work allocation and enhance overall team efficiency through reasonable delegation and scientific assessment, ensuring the delivery of all engineering tasks.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in site administration, public affairs, or facility management.
  • Strong cost control, contract management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English.
