YOUR ROLE
- Program various types of PLC's Support Safety, Quality, HPS and
- Cost goals and metrics Troubleshoot automated systems issues associated with PLC's, A/C and DC drives Identify root cause of upsets, suggested course of action and manage corrective action measures/solution implementation Perform preventive, predictive maintenance as required
- Perform Troubleshooting to resolve automated systems problems related to issues with equipment associated with PLC’s, A/C and DC drives
- Make necessary edits/redlines to schematics drawings and provide them to the engineering department for accurate documentation
- Perform troubleshooting of process upsets/incidents, identify root cause, course of action and actively manage the corrective measures or solution implementation
- Perform preventive, predictive maintenance on equipment as required
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance to encourage two-way communication across the organization
- Foster collaborative and supportive team environment through engagement efforts and leading by example
- Support Safety, Quality,HPS and Cost goals and metrics
YOUR SKILLS
- Comprehends the minimum of work experience which has to be fulfilled by the incumbent according to necessary knowledge mentioned above.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of direct experience in manufacturing environment conducting support and installation.
- Perform Troubleshooting to resolve automated systems problems related to issues with equipment associated with PLC’s, A/C and DC drives
- Program various types of PLC’s (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Modicon etc.
- Perform troubleshooting of process upsets/incidents, identify root cause, course of action and actively manage the corrective measures or solution implementation
- Perform preventive, predictive maintenance on equipment as required
- Support Safety, Quality,HPS and Cost goals and metrics
The salary for this role is $31.00 - $37.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
