YOUR ROLE
- Execute local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing/acquire new customers.
- Identify new business opportunities by developing new key accounts and supporting/managing distributors in order to achieve the sales growth target
- Strengthen existing customer relationships, developing activity plans and sales strategies for assigned accounts.
- Closely collaborate with regional/global team(s) to drives local execution of sales opportunites which require spec-in acitivities.
- Works with cross functional team(s), application engineers, customer services, demand/supply planners, logistics etc., to maintain existing business operation and successful execution of new sales opportunities.
- Responsible for timely and accurate administrative tasks including sales forecast updates, demand planning,
- ACE opportunity pipeline management, customer visit reports, and monthly business review updates.
- Continuously update professional selling skills to keep pace with the practical daily business and in depth knowledge of Henkel products and their application in customer processes
