- Assist with HR Audit preparation
- Ensure that the HR files are kept up to date
- Look at current HR processes and policies and support with process improvements
- Support the onboarding of new employees
- Work with third party suppliers for the renewal and first time application for work visas
- Assist with the absence interview process
- Hold Exit interviews with leavers
- Assist employees with general queries
- HR data analytics and reporting
- Manage the intern and transition year work placement programmes for Ireland
- Play a key role in HR projects and other corporate and legislative initiatives
- Learning & Development
- Assist in the internal recruitment process where required
- Liaise with interns in the UK and other regions
