磯子拠点の研究所・ラボが「安全に・安心して・スムーズに」運営できるよう、安全・衛生・環境・セキュリティ・危機管理（SHE）に関する幅広いサポートを行うお仕事です。
専門性は活かしつつも、社内外の関係者とコミュニケーションを取りながら、無理なく段階的に業務を覚えていただけるポジションです。またしっかりサポートしたうえで、徐々に業務内容を身につけていただきます。
尚、こちらのポジションは1年間の有期雇用契約となります。

What you´ll do
- 研究・ラボの安全管理（中心となる業務）
化学物質の管理、作業時の安全確保、緊急時対応などの基本的な安全業務
現場担当者やR&Dチームと連携しながら、危険がないかを確認・改善 - 法令順守・SHE基準に基づく仕組みづくり
国内法やHenkelのSHE基準に沿って、必要なルールや手順を整える
手順書の見直しや改善提案など、運用されやすい仕組みづくりを推進 - 委員会・各種活動のサポート
磯子拠点のSHE委員会の運営サポート
状況の取りまとめや改善活動のフォロー - サステナビリティ活動の管理
エネルギー・水・廃棄物などの削減活動の管理やレポート作成
工場全体の環境目標に沿った取り組みをサポート - 従業員の健康管理にかかわる業務（必要に応じて）
健康管理に関するSHE分野での補助的な対応

- 安全、環境、化学、工学系など、関連分野での学習経験／知識を有する方
※高卒の方につきましては、以下の経験・スキルをお持ちの方を対象としています。
【経験】工場や製造現場（Site）での勤務経験、または類似経験
【スキル】 データ取り扱いや基本的なPCリテラシー
歓迎条件
- 化学などの理系分野での大学卒業（学士号）を有する方
- 上記の関連分野での業務経験を有する方
※化学関連業界での業務経験をお持ちの方は尚歓迎 - 英語の読み書きが可能な方（基礎レベル、ツール使用可）
