- Valid Hairdressing License with strong foundational technical skills.
- Minimum 5 years of salon experience, demonstrating advanced proficiency in cutting, coloring, finishing, and client consultation.
- Proficiency with PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn additional platforms quickly.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence educating both small groups and large audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Comfort delivering in field education, including hands-on classes, product knowledge sessions, and technical workshops.
- Ambitious, confident, and engaging public speaker who can represent the brand professionally across diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a dynamic team environment.
- Customer focused mindset with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and strong work ethic in both administrative and field-based responsibilities.
- Ability to travel regularly, including overnight stays for regional education, events, and training commitments.
- Valid Driver’s License and comfort traveling independently for field education.
- Strong digital and technical aptitude, including the ability to manage scheduling platforms, education systems, and digital content tools (experience with Engage360 an asset).
- Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands and changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Curriculum, Marketing, Events, and external partners.

The salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
