What you´ll do
- Serve as process owner for thermal interface material product lines from raw material processing to delivery to the end customer.
- Perform new product qualifications through capability assessments and develop standard operating procedures and operational conditions for new products.
- Lead root cause analysis and facilitate corrective action implementation for product issues.
- Contribute to A3 and 8D investigations for customer complaints.
- Serve as project owner for management of change (MOC) projects to qualify and statistically validate equivalency or improvement for new equipment and processing methods.
- Train equipment operators on the standard operating procedures and standard test methods for multiple product lines.
- Implement continuous improvements for equipment safety, process efficiency, and the elimination of process waste through lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Provide active troubleshooting for the mixing, formulation, coating, and curing processes in the production of highly filled thermal interface materials.
- Facilitate product formulation changes through the qualification of raw material substitutions.
- Assess and facilitate the adjustment, reprocessing, and scrap considerations for non-conforming materials during operations.
What makes you a good fit
- B.S. Chemical Engineering, industrial engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 0-3 years experience in chemical / manufacturing industry
- Competent in Project Management, possessing the ability of starting a project and seeing it through to completion
- Ability to work in and transition between manufacturing, lab, and office environment
- Ability to work with cross functional teams, as well as manage contractors and vendor communications

The salary for this role is $ 76,000.00- $ 84,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
