Na terenie Polski, Czech i Słowacji poszukujemy dynamicznej i technicznie zorientowanej osoby na stanowisko Inżyniera/ki Sprzedaży.
Nasz zespół koncentruje się na technologiach prefabrykacji dla sektora budowlanego i przemysłowego.
Kluczową rolą na tym stanowisku będzie promowanie i wspieranie kompleksowego portfolio rozwiązań, takich jak: kleje, zaprawy, systemy płytek, powłoki oraz systemy pomocnicze, dostosowanych do potrzeb producentów przemysłowych oraz wytwórców prefabrykatów w Polsce, Czechach i na Słowacji.
What you´ll do
- Realizowanie celów sprzedaży
- Identyfikowanie potrzeb klientów, przygotowywanie ofert technicznych i handlowych, w tym doboru produktów, wyceny oraz warunków dostawy zgodnie z oczekiwaniami klienta i standardami firmy
- Wsparcie techniczne, przeprowadzanie testów produktów oraz szkoleń u klienta
- Przygotowywanie regularnych raportów sprzedażowych, prognoz oraz informacji z rynku i klientów dla interesariuszy wewnętrznych
- Współpraca z działami marketingu, rozwoju produktów oraz zespołami regionalnymi
What makes you a good fit
- Doświadczenie w sprzedaży technicznej B2B lub współpracy z klientami przemysłowymi, preferowane w obszarze materiałów budowlanych, klejów, prefabrykacji lub usług inżynieryjnych
- Język czeski/słowacki/polski – na poziomie komunikatywnym. Język angielski – biegły (w mowie i piśmie).
- Wykształcenie minimum średnie. Preferowane wykształcenie profilowe w zakresie budownictwa, chemii lub pokrewnej dziedziny technicznej.
- Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i negocjacyjne oraz zdolność przekładania wiedzy technicznej na wartość dla klienta
- Wysokie zdolności organizacyjne i umiejętność zarządzania wieloma projektami oraz klientami jednocześnie
- Proaktywność i samodzielność w działaniu
- Prawo jazdy oraz gotowość do podróży służbowych na terenie Polski, Czech i Słowacji (ok. 70%)
