About this Position

At Henkel, you will join our Global Finance team and contribute to driving transformation and impactful communication across regions. 

What you´ll do

  • Create and further develop engaging newsletters and communication materials for the global Finance community
  • Support the communication of the Finance Roadmap by preparing presentations, one-pagers, and infographics
  • Translate complex Finance and transformation topics into clear, structured, and impactful messages for different target audiences
  • Support global and regional Finance projects by contributing to project management activities, tracking progress, and preparing management updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders to ensure consistent and aligned communication
  • Analyze feedback and communication performance to continuously improve content and formats

What makes you a good fit 

  • Currently enrolled student in Finance, Communication, Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong interest in Finance, strategy, transformation, and communication topics
  • Solid skills in PowerPoint; familiarity with SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and AI tools is a plus
  • Excellent English skills, German is a plus
  • Drive and willingness to achieve results, proactive work attitude and strong communication skills
  • Team player with a high level of self-organization and the ability to handle projects independently
