About this Position

Execute local sales plans and strategies in line with the SBU strategy to retain and develop existing customers, acquire new customers, and ensure the achievement of sales, distribution, and profitability targets within the assigned territory or accounts. 

What you´ll do

  • Execute local sales plans and strategies in alignment with SBU objectives.
  • Develop and implement customer-specific action plans based on each customer’s roadmap and business needs.
  • Deliver sales and distribution targets (KPI OSG, PC %, GP %) within the assigned territory or defined accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and distributors (A and B segments).
  • Communicate and align with KAMs and the sales team on customer-specific priorities, actions, and follow-ups.
  • Execute KAM strategies, including listings, promotions, and commercial initiatives, according to SBU guidelines.
  • Implement pricing and promotional actions in the market.
  • Coordinate with Technical Customer Service to conduct line trials and resolve customer requests and complaints.
  • Manage and/or steer distributor sales forces and third-party sales representatives.
  • Ensure excellence at the point of sale, including merchandising and proper brand representation in stores and salons.
  • Conduct regular field, market, jobsite, and store visits to:
  • Follow up on in-store implementation and promotions.
  • Monitor stock levels.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate education and training programs with technical advisors and track their impact on sales performance.
  • Take and process customer orders accurately and on time.
  • Negotiate customer agreements in line with company policies.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to reporting, forecasting, and contract management.
  • Monitor overdue payments, follow up with customers, and block orders when required in line with credit policies.
